Engaged Seminars, Inc. was formed by John LeTourneau with a mission of bringing highly effective sales and business development skills to the global real estate industry. Our guiding principle is to raise the bar: one agent, one class, one brokerage, and one association at a time. John LeTourneau regularly speaks across the United States and around the world, and has spoken in Ireland, Greece, Serbia, Spain, Canada, and more. About John LeTourneau
John LeTourneau, Commercial Realtor, International Educator & Speaker is passionate about real estate education and regularly speaks across the United States, Canada and Europe on a wide range of real estate topics with a special focus on investment trends, effective client representation, and global real estate opportunities. He is also a Consultant/Trainer for Dynamic Directions, the premier Realtor training company. John is a tireless advocate for raising the bar of professionalism in the real estate industry and mentoring the next generation of real estate leaders.
Professionally, John has been a full-time commercial broker since 2005 specializing in helping his clients build multi-generational wealth through investment real estate. As the Commercial Managing Director over 12 Keller Williams offices in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, John leads a 5-person commercial team that actively works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. As his career developed, John always believed in giving back to the real estate community through volunteer leadership. Notable recent accomplishments include:
• Past President of the 20,000 member Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, the 7th largest local Realtor association in the United States.
• Member of the Board of Directors of both the National Association of Realtors and Illinois Realtors.
• Chair of NAR’s Commercial Leadership Forum
• Graduate of NAR Leadership Academy, 2021
• Illinois Realtors’ State Legislative Contact for State Senator John Curran.
• Illinois Realtors’ Liaison to the Irish Consulate in Chicago
• Member of the advisory content board for NAR’s CREATE magazine
• Active member of NAR’s C5 Commercial Summit planning group for 3 consecutive years
• Extensive committee service at the local, state, and national level
• Understanding the critical role technology plays for Realtors, John is also an Entrepreneur in Residence for NAR’s REACH Commercial program, and mentors companies that represent the next generation of real estate technology.
