John LeTourneau recently attended the Illinois Realtor’s Leadership Development Program, in Springfield, IL. As one of only 12 selected for this Leadership Program, out of 44,000 Illinois Realtors, John was honored to join the staff at Illinois Realtors and explore Association Governance, Management, and General Committee processes. A wide range of topics was covered, everything from Robert’s Rules to the finer points of Internet memes and their impact on the industry. An obligatory stop at the Irish pub after a wonderful dinner at Maldaner’s was the perfect nightcap.
